Offer, within a regular high school model, a range of educational enrolment options and programs for teenage students with disabilities which include intellectual disability.

Provide a wide range of programs that address academic as well as personal and social goals.

Empower students particularly through comprehensive literacy, numeracy and communication programs.

Offer specialised support for students with sensory impairment in St. Edmund's and regular education.

Cater for the whole student through an extra curricula program that includes physical and creative opportunities.

Provide a work education program that broadens the students' post school options.

Work with parents to achieve the very best possible outcomes for the students, their families and the school community.

Empower our students so that they may 'self advocate' and where this is not possible to assist in supporting families and carers in their roles as advocates.

Educate the community in acceptance and understanding of 'difference'.
