St Francis Xavier’s Primary School is situated in the suburb of Arncliffe which is 16 Kilometres from the Central Business District of Sydney.

In this, the first decade of the 21st Century, Saint Francis Xavier’s is a co-educational, single stream school catering to the needs of approximately 150 students.

Our student population comes from a variety of ethnic backgrounds. At the present time the school has one of each class, K - 6.

The leaders of our school community are the Parish Priest and the Principal who is supported by the Assistant Principal and the Religious Education Co-coordinator. The Teaching Staff includes seven classroom teachers and some part-time teachers who supplement the classroom program.

Parents are actively involved in the life of the school and express their support of the staff members in a variety of ways.
The teachers work as a team to provide a well balanced curriculum which meets the needs of students, and the requirements of The Catholic Education Office and the Board of Studies.
