The Maronite Eparchy of Australia called by God to discover ‘New Horizons for New Times’ by being:

1. a Prophetic Church ‘at the service of the Gospel of Jesus Christ’ to proclaim the Faith transmitted to us as Maronites, by our Fathers.
2. a Eucharistic Church congregating to pray, worship and celebrate the Eucharist, as a people of God unified by Baptism, journeying in Hope on the path of Holiness towards the Father.
3. a Church of Communion unified by the Holy Spirit, committed to Love and to the Values of the Kingdom, drawing inspiration from the Blessed Virgin Mary, our Model and the holy lives of our Maronite Saints.

MISSION STATEMENT

In collaboration with their Bishop, the Clergy of the Diocese serve as true Shepherds of the flock of Christ. They provide spiritual nourishment, promote unity and communion among all and extend care to the faithful, especially the weak and needy of the flock. Thus building up the Body of Christ and witnessing to the world around.
